To settle site worker’s resignation / termination exit; To conduct induction for new staff; To assist General Manager task such as preparing monthly wages entry records and documentations; To monitor daily attendance of all staff; To initiate and request HODs to carry out Training Needs Analysis (TNA); To promote harmonious working environment (e.g: sports club, monthly outing etc.); To record and submit report on staff leave and attendance; To act as the point of contact regarding government legistation issues, e.g.:- Myeg, Immigration, Labor office, EPF, LHDN, Socso and etc; To handle site worker’s disciplinary matters; To ensure the Quality Management System conforms meet requirements of International Standard; To assit in renewal of employee and site worker’s permit / CIDB cards or other construction passes; To monitor Site Supervisors to carry out worker’s training; To maintain site workers record, e.g.:- personal particular employment pass and etc;
