ð Manage the dispatching and packaging unit. ð Packs, wrap and labels all items in the culinary department, makes sure that the appropriate labeling, packaging & food handling practices are implemented. ð Stores & sort finished products according to the company’s procedures. ð Ensures the highest levels of hygiene in all food handling operations. ð Ensures all the products have the correct production and expiry date. ð Ensure the availability of packaging materials in the department. ð Fill daily reports to keep track of dispatched goods. ð Maintain a well-organized work area. ð Perform other duties pertinent to this job as assigned ð Ensure that the delivery frame is on time. ð Ensure the dispatching area can accommodate the stock. 4 – 5 years of experience in Food production facilities / catering companies or central kitchen in a supervisory role. BS in management or equivalent Excellent communication skills Computer literate ( ERP software ) Ability to write reports Ability to work under pressure Physically fit "
