• Receive the demands (Manpower Requisition) from line managers along with all related information and time limit for onboarding • Understand the position correctly, draft and suggest a job description to the hiring manager for approval • Ensure that Job Descriptions are up to date and complete, in coordination with line managers • Source relevant profiles of the candidates as per the agreed criteria, conduct an initial phone screening, and prepare a summary report • Send suitable profiles after screening to the hiring managers for shortlisting, schedule, and coordinate for interview arrangements • Represent HR on the interview panel and ensure that interviews are conducted on time, all assessment, and rating documents are completed • Collecting the documents for visa processing and onboarding • Induction and setting of KPI with Line managers.
