Provide personalized secretarial and administrative support. Perform administrative duties, including but not limited to, mailing and filing correspondence, and answering calls. Act as a Board Secretary, prepare agenda, write minutes of meetings, and circulate decisions/conclusions to the concerned parties. Arrange high management meeting, take minutes of meetings, documenting High Management decisions, and follow in progress/execution of these decisions. Interact with clients and visitors. Produce reports, presentations and briefs Type correspondence, meeting notes, and forms among other documents. Photocopies, scans, and files appropriate documents. Assist with organizing events related to high management in coordination with Executive team. Sign for delivered packages and distributes them to the appropriate recipient.
