Knowledge in FM software like CAFM, SAP, etc. Preferable to have UAE driving license. Priority to applicants who can join immediately. Knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniques related to Hard and Soft services. Review reports and spot-checks as appropriate to ensure delivery of best-in-class FM service and customer experience at the optimum price. Evaluate performance of the outsourced service providers. Ensures subcontractors deliver services as per the service level agreement Carries out a site verification of observations/issues that are closed out by the FM team. Recommends improvements and cost saving initiatives. Comply with all Company & Client policies, site rules and statutory regulations relating to Health & Safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness and COSHH.
