Receive, Process and sort all incoming and outgoing plant documentation, maintaining. Deliverables and reports on these activities. Verify submitted project deliverables for any missing documentation and advise line manager for any shortfalls. Inform the drafting team of any received documents. Maintain plant documentation/revisions within OMH as per the latest upcoming project submissions. Classify the plant documentation as per the requirements. Develop a live link structure with an easy tracking system to control the latest documents and revisions. Maintain the flow of both electronic and hard copied controlled documents while logging, Tracking, and maintaining plant documentation. Coordinate documentation issues between HQ, OMH, and external contractors.
Must have minimum 3-4 years of UAE experience in similar role in oil and gas industry
