Job Description

* Oversee and manage the execution of high-rise building and villa projects from initiation to completion * Ensure timely project delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards * Supervise all site operations, including subcontractor coordination and material management * Lead project planning, risk management, and resource allocation activities * Conduct site inspections, progress reviews, and ensure adherence to safety standards * Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities for project approvals and updates * Resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions as required * Prepare project reports and documentation for management review
