Job Description

* Provide emotional, social, and academic support to students * Develop and implement student welfare programs and policies * Act as a liaison between students, parents, and school management * Manage student behaviour concerns with discretion and empathy * Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive school environment * Maintain accurate records of welfare interventions and referrals * Strong communication and counselling skills * Familiarity with safeguarding procedures and child protection * Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
