* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring selection of qualified talent aligned with organizational needs. * Conduct initial screenings and interviews, evaluating candidates for role suitability and cultural fit. * Facilitate complete onboarding for new hires, handling residency visas, medical checks, and labor contracts in compliance with UAE regulations. * Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, including visa requirements, Emiratization policies, and work permits. * Address employee grievances and manage conflict resolution, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace. * Oversee daily HR operations including employee documentation, leave management, and policy implementation. * Manage payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments and statutory deductions. * Calculate and administer end-of-service benefits (gratuity) as per UAE labor laws. * Maintain organized employee records, coordinate interviews, and support day-to-day HR admin functions. * Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing queries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
