Job Description

* Manage daily store operations, including timely issuance and receipt of goods. * Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems like Oracle or Focus. * Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking (e.g., steel tubes, aluminium structures, fittings). * Coordinate material planning with Production and Procurement teams. * Supervise storekeepers and helpers, ensuring safety and housekeeping standards. * Implement FIFO/LIFO systems depending on material types. * Conduct regular audits, reconcile stock, and report discrepancies. * Coordinate with QA/QC for inspections and rejection handling. * Maintain all stock documentation per ISO compliance. * Oversee inbound/outbound logistics – receiving, unloading, storage, dispatch. * Plan and optimise warehouse layout for large items like scaffolding and steel tubing. * Coordinate with logistics partners and transportation vendors. * Prepare and submit quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly audit reports.
