* Vacant Positions (03 Nos) * Coordinate with site & project teams and raise requests for information (RFI) as and when required. * Interface with various department for on time preparation of technical submittals for civil construction – subcontractors’ qualifications, materials, shop drawings & method statement and liaise with consultant for approval. * Coordinate all activities related to procurement, material submittals, execution & documentation of projects assuring compliance with requirements * Review all contract documents – contract drawings, BOQs, specifications & conditions of contract, identify discrepancies and coordinate with client & consultant for resolution before commencement of work. * Follow up with the procurement department for on time delivery of project materials and finalization of subcontracts. * Prepare as-built drawings and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals and hand over projects to clients. * Capable of leading teams in preparing method statements, shop & construction drawings, BOQs for all civil, structural & architectural jobs complying with project and local authority requirements. * Drafting contractual correspondence, requests for information (RFI), technical queries (TQ) and notices of variations in time & cost. * Deft in liaising and interfacing with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, vendors & suppliers and achieving all project milestones & deadlines. * Reviewed all contract documents – contract drawings, BOQs, specifications & conditions of contracts, raised queries on consultant & client and resolved discrepancies before commencement of work.
